The East wind creates Vi the cat in all her glory...

There she is Vi the cat caught on a card...lol.... the lovely Kyra... Owner and artist of  The East Wind Digital images took Vi's picture and made here into this lovely Digital image... I can not believe how well she made the likeness and of Vi and caught her personality by placing her on this lounge...lol... the only problem is Vi saw this and now is demanding one in red velvet.

I am also lucky enough to be a guest designer this month so I am over the moon happy.

Below is the picture we used for pinsperation
and below that is the card I created using Baby Boo Bear Boy you can get him by using this link.
I also used the set of sentiment stamps Just to say I used the blank version and added my own sentiment for this Congratulations on a new baby card!

I took inspirations from the colours ( Orange, yellow, black, white, cream, grey and gold) and added some blue grey . I coloured this image with Copics and used some crystal glass for shine to make the image pop. The banner Treats was recreated to say BOY and used circles inspired by the circle under the table and I also used black and white patterned paper as in the picture.

I also put together a gift for which I will us the card. A coworker is off to have her baby and so I created some wash cloth animals and decorated the gift with bunnies, a snail, and of course sweet peas!
I can't wait to give it to her and wish her well.

Thanks for all the inspiration and for letting me be part of the challenge and don't forget to put your creation in for a wonderful prize and good luck! All links at top of page.

Simply Betty Stamps Showcase Teen Scene Miller Hercules

Today I bring you Miller Hercules in our showcase for this month.
A handsome young man don't you think?
The Teen Scene Gods in Love are fun images for Birthdays, anniversary's. Valentines day.. thank you cards you name it
Today I made a birthday card for a boy.
I used a mixture of Inktense, Colorsoft, and Polychromos coloured pencils to colour this image. I struggled with not putting flowers, bling etc.. always a challenge for masculine card...for me any way. I wanted him to have that vintage feel and seem like a painting.
You can get this image and the whole gang of Teen Scene Gods in love by clicking the link above and don't forget to check back every day this month on Simply challenge Challenges for a spotlight on a different awesome image by one of the Design team.
Thanks for stopping by and big ole hugs,
T
