Happy Anniversary...

Here is my Happy Anniversary card for a wonderful couple I know, who happen to be amazing friends of mine. I used Kraftin kimmies Stamps the steampunk collection for this card and a vintage image from somewhere unknown. Steam punk Happy Birthday...

oh boy these stamps are so much fun to play with...I had no idea what a steampunk is now I know....http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steampunk_world . Any how I love these images they allow one to be so creative and adventurous...So here is my Happy Birthday card using Genevieve. Speaking of such a pretty name I wonder if my coworker with the same name had her baby yet...how exciting...Back to the card. I coloured her with Copics and some liquid glass for her eyes. The background is a free image from the web that I added a Happy Birthday to and then ran a distress ink over, then sprayed it with water, and let it dry. Stickles on the sentiment and pop dots to adhere Genevieve and there you have it ...oh yes and some bling for fun. The little map came with the image.

I just love these stamps from Krafting Kimmies. I keep buying them and looking at them and today I figured I had better make a card. I have this idea in my minds eye since I saw the image. So here it is. Hope you like it. I used a photo of a vintage plane, coloured Emelia with copics and adhered her to the front with pop dots. Some stamps for good measure and a sentiment.
