Sweet pea images just keep getting sweeter...challenge entry

Here is another card using a Sweet pea image. I like the colour scheme on this one and I hope you do too..they have a challenge at http://onesweetchallenge.blogspot.com/

They ask that a Kraft paper be used on the card so here is my card using Kraft paper. I embossed and inked the piece on top and used it for the sentiment as well..

new Sweet pea image with owl...

Since I have this huge obsession with owls of course I needed this stamp. I love the image she is so beautiful and strong. I enjoyed using stickles and other bits and pieces to make this card. What was so much fun was using my Tim Holtz rosette die for the first time. Yay!

been awhile ...

Been awhile due to some medical conditions but I am back.

I have been busy with baby cards and Valentine cards...the Valentine images are from stamping bazaar and the owls are my favourite and they are from The Greeting farm.

Magical...Sweet pea image

I worked on this card all weekend. I used gold detail embossing powder to outline the image. I then used 4 different colours to create the magical jewel toned hummingbird. I used the liquid pearls for the flowers around the bird. I am pleased with the results and I hope you are too... I used some moss for edging on the card to give it an organic feel . Simply Betty...Betty and rudolph

well what can I say...I am so in love with Simply Betty images...those little skulls are the perfect touch. I love skulls and cute things so hey how could I not love these. I just recently bought several of her stamps and this is the first one I have completed...there will be more to come I promise.
