Yes it is upon once again...

One of the best days ever. Celebrating MOM!. We love her sometimes we ahem don't understand her but really there is no one like MOM. Be it your real mom, a Grandmom, a mom you have adopted or who has adopted you . We all know how much they mean to us and how much we need them in our lives. Above is in one my cards in tribute to Mom's everywhere....

Hello to an old girlfriend...

Making this card was so much fun. I had this idea brewing in my mind for along time for a fun How are you girlfriend card.... I am entering this card in a challenge for The Greeting Farm, an ephemera challenge. I remembered I had this great piece of trim from an old polyester dress from the 60's I would say...any how the dress was not in good shape so it went to be used as rags but I saved the trim...Hope you like it and hope you like the fun saying..thanks for stopping by and stay beautiful...

So as you can see I made this card in honour of my friend Vanessa. I met her online in a scrap group and have even had the pleasure of meeting her in person. She is just as beautiful as I thought both inside and out.

Thanks everyone too for being a follower, for leaving kind comments, for being an online friend...I love knowing people all across this planet...make a person feel like the world is only as big as you allow it to be....take care!

I thank you all and I hope you enjoy this card sporting a new digi image from The Greeting Farm. I love this new line they are coming out with. This group of images is right up my alley. I had a lot of fun creating this easel card. I used some actual images or spotlights, amps, and a concert crowd to complete it. I also added some bling, metal tape and liquid glass. I use safety pins for the front to hold the card in place...thanks for coming by and take care.. Don't forget to rock a little this weekend....

My son's BF's Birthday...

My son's best friend is turning 5 tomorrow...big excitement so I made a card and a frame for her. My son is working on his card now. I loved being able to do something so completely girlie the colours and image too. When making the frame I remembered these TGF images and had to use them. My son and BF met in preschool. They go to daycare together and will be starting in the same kindergarten this fall...I hope their friendship. lasts them a lifetime.....Thank you for looking.
